Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport

The best aspect of this stay was the staff, all were wonderful. We had a rough travel day day and Arim in the restaurant improved it greatly. Thank you for your warm, friendly personality and smile. That's not to detract from everyone else! Our luggage was delayed and we were promptly notified when it turned up. The location is handy to the airport with shuttle. Handy to most banks. The room could do with some updating but it was comfortable. Restaurant food was good.

We liked that they were able to accommodate us after we cancelled our reservations at the Sheraton Hotel in Richmond, due to their strike. We liked that they have a free hotel shuttle bus picking up from the Vancouver Int’l Airport to the hotel, and back. We liked that the hotel is right across from the Aberdeen Skytrain Station (and only 1 stop to Lansdowne Station and Lansdowne Mall & T&T Asian huge grocery store selling ready-to-eat Asian Meals) and only 2 stops from Richmond Brighouse Skytrain Station and Richmond Centre Mall with Asian Food Court upstairs, and Richmond Public Market on Westminster east of No.3 Rd. We liked that the hotel room we were in, faced the river and Skytrain Tracks, and the large window could open 4 inches wide to get fresh air. We liked that the housekeeping always put on the A/C when she did our room, and we came back to a cool room after a hot day of walking. We liked the free toiletries, the shampoo & body shampoo really cleans well. There was bottled water in the room and a small empty fridge and small coffeemaker.

You can’t beat the convenient location. Walkable to many Asian supermarkets, malls, restaurants. There is a Sky train to downtown Vancouver and free shuttle to airport. Hotel keeps parking lot and entrance to hotel neat.

We loved everything, but especially the exceptional staff. We're a same sex couple and got treated with so much respect (yes, it's 2023, but this is still not the norm). I requested a little something for my partner's birthday and it was done with no issue. The beds are comfy, the TV is accessible if you want to attach your fire tv, chromecast, apple tv etc, the room was very clean and there was almost no noise despite planes flying very close to the hotel. The very generous check-in and check-out times make the stay even better, because you can sleep in and not feel rushed out the door. We ordered room service and there was no problem with that either. Even though we're local, we will book here again.

The staff here were absolutely amazing, were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived late and had a really crazy day of travelling, we were all thrilled to find the pool was open until 10pm! It really helped us relax before our flight back to the UK. Food was well priced and would recommend as a place to stay before a flight home.
